Teacher Leadership Certificate Online

In their roles as mentors, coaches, grade-level leaders, instructional specialists, department heads, committee chairs and union leaders, teachers need training and support in order to contribute most effectively to the ongoing development of vibrant professional learning communities in their schools and districts. The MASCD Teacher Leadership Certificate (TLC) Online is a graduate cohort program that expands teachers’ understanding of curriculum and instructional leadership. It provides opportunities to practice new skills over time, reflect on the unique challenges of the work setting, receive feedback from expert practitioners and accrue credits toward an advanced graduate degree.
