Program Cancellation: MASCD reserves the right to cancel programs because of low registration or other events beyond its control.
Inclement Weather: Our policy is to not cancel any event unless there is a declared emergency by safety officials OR if the speaker cannot make it to the event.
If an event has been cancelled or the start delayed due to inclement weather, the announcement will be posted on this site and registered participants will be emailed. A message will be placed on the office line, 781-237-7881.
No Show/Refunds: If you are unable to attend, you may substitute a colleague in your place. Please notify Mary Forte Hayes in advance.
If you are unable to substitute a colleague, refunds will be made less a $25 processing fee per person* when requested in writing via email to Mary Forte Hayes 14 days or more prior to the event. After 14 days prior to the event, no refunds will be made.
*Cancellation fee will be reduced for teams of 6 or more.
