All registrations are accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. Full payment or an approved institutional purchase order is needed to hold registrations. |
Cancellation and Refund Policy |
Program
Cancellation: MASCD reserves the right to cancel programs because
of low registration or other events beyond its control.
Inclement Weather: Our policy is to not cancel any event unless there is a declared emergency by safety officials OR if the speaker cannot make it to the event. If an event has been cancelled (or a delayed start) due to inclement weather, we will try to get an announcement onto the various TV news programs. MASCD will call everyone who gave us a home phone number on their registrations and post the information on this website and on our voice mail system (781) 237-7881. No Show/Refunds: If you are unable to attend, you may substitute a colleague in your place. Please notify MASCD of the new name via email, mfhayes@mascd.org. If you are unable to substitute a colleague, refunds will be made less a $25 processing fee per person* when requested in writing via email to mfhayes@mascd.org 14 days or more prior to the event. After 14 days prior to the event, no refunds will be made. *Cancellation fee will be reduced for teams of 6 or more.

Student Rates |
Student Rates are for fully matriculating graduate and undergraduate students. The rate is also extended to university professors attending with four or more students. |
